Warranty process
- The product sent to the company for warranty MUST have full information: Buyer, purchase phone number, warranty card
- Within 3 days after receiving the product sent to the company, the company will contact the customer via Facebook/sms/call to receive the warranty claim.
- After completing the product, the company’s staff will contact the customer to report the finished product to arrange direct delivery or delivery on request.
Warranty coverage
Cases of stone breakage or severe deformation in the gold and silver part during the customer’s use, cannot be restored, VANG VIDA does not accept warranty.
